The AI Opportunity Audit

Know where the opportunity is.
And what to do about it.

For multi-location leaders who want a clear decision about customer response, follow-up, and AI. We look at the journey from inquiry to completed outcome, the tools you already have, and the economics of making a change.

A plan your team can use.

01 · A map of the customer journey

Trace an inquiry through the response, follow-up, booking, attendance, and completed outcome. Identify where ownership or information gets lost.

02 · A check of what you already have

Review your existing tools, native features, configuration, and team workflow. Separate a useful software or process fix from work that needs something new.

03 · A ranked opportunity shortlist

Prioritize the gaps by customer impact, contribution potential, evidence quality, effort, and constraints. Make clear what should stay with a person.

04 · A business case you can question

Use an agreed baseline, contribution per completed outcome, and full setup and operating costs. Keep time recovered separate from payroll savings and assumptions separate from measured results.

05 · A first-test brief and decision scorecard

Define a bounded workflow, locations, delivery owner, handoffs, dependencies, and success measures. Agree on what would justify expanding, changing, or stopping.

A useful starting point

A recurring customer problem, someone responsible for fixing it, and a team able to act on the findings. Fitness, home services, and automotive operators often have these questions across several locations.

We agree on the deliverable format and handoff in the scope. You can use the findings with your own team. Implementation is a separate decision.

Just have one question? No need to prepare a deck.

Tell me where it gets stuck.

Share the problem, your business, and roughly how many locations are involved. You don’t need a finished plan.

What happens next? Your request is reviewed, we discuss fit, and we agree on scope, timing, and any fee before work begins.

Keep the first step simple.

We start by discussing one business unit or a small number of connected customer journeys. Evidence, location count, system access, and delivery responsibilities are agreed during scoping.

No call recordings or sensitive customer information on this form. If the data isn’t ready, we’ll identify what’s needed before starting the review.

Submitting asks for a follow-up about your audit. It does not commit you to a paid engagement. Please leave out sensitive customer information. Privacy details.

A few good questions

You don’t need
all the answers.

Are we already behind?

Start with where customers get stuck or your team repeats the same work. A useful first step matters more than how many AI tools you have.

What if our CRM already offers AI?

That’s a useful place to start. We look at what is licensed, enabled, and working, then check for a real gap. The right next move may be a configuration or workflow change in software you already have.

Do we have to replace our phone system or CRM?

We start with what you have. The audit checks native features, access, integration options, and constraints before recommending changes.

Will this replace our people?

We map the work before making staffing assumptions. Time recovered can improve service or absorb demand. It is not automatically payroll savings.

How will we know it’s paying off?

Set a baseline and compare completed outcomes, repeat contacts, handling effort, quality, and ongoing costs. Redirecting a call is not the same as resolving it.

What if we already tried AI?

We look at where it failed: information, workflow, systems, handoff, ownership, or economics. The next move might be a narrower pilot, a redesign, or stopping.

Who handles implementation?

I lead the business and deployment decisions. We agree on the delivery team, responsibilities, scope, and any commercial relationships before implementation begins.

Can we use the findings with our own team?

Yes. The agreed audit deliverables are meant to support a decision and a practical next step. We confirm the format and handoff in the scope. Any implementation engagement is a separate decision.
