At Referrizer, I worked in global business development and pioneered brand deployments. Working with founders and franchise operators taught me to consider the customer experience and the people responsible for delivering it.

I founded RapidTalk to address a straightforward problem: customers need a response even when the team is busy. We brought AI into voice, SMS, and web chat. The work required attention to the systems, handoffs, and people behind every conversation.

Skipio announced its acquisition of RapidTalk’s customer communication technology in September 2026. That experience shapes the questions I ask today: where does AI fit, what would make a pilot useful, and what evidence would justify expanding it?

Today I work as a consultant, helping leaders evaluate opportunities and plan focused deployments. The relationships below show the different stages of that work.

Park City is home. Outside work, I enjoy skiing, traveling, and time with my dog, Cici. Hosting Local Business Hacks and gratitude dinners has given me the chance to meet people with very different experiences. I’m still curious about how they think and what they’re building.
